- convenient help feature automatically checks the settings for the activity and fixes it - useful when the tv is set to the wrong input, etc so you don't need to go through the touchscreen settings to find the input button
- charging cradle is also stylish
- you can configure most settings and include even the most insignificant buttons from your original remote controls in the device settings on the touchscreen
- keys are well laid out

- Display flickers
- glossy finish attracts fingerprints
- touchscreen sometimes reacts slow when you are scrolling side to side through options
- touchscreen options need to be pressed very precisely, especially the L/R arrows (difficult if you have large fingers)
