Produced by classic chocolate maker Hershey's, the long-standing and continually popular Cookies and Creme bar has maintained a loyal following for almost a decade. Made with white chocolate and chunks of an Oreo-like cookie, the bar, introduced in 1994, comes in several sizes, each divided into rectangular chunks.

Kit Kat Chunky (Big Kat)

Kit Kat Chunky is the relatively new variation of the classic Kit Kat chocolate bar. Instead of 4 smaller chocolate covered wafers, the Chunky version features a single wafer bar that is much larger and denser. Kit Kat Chunky is known as the Big Kat in the United States. At 50g the Chunky bar is one of the heavier chocolate bars available, and is 8g heavier than its 4-bar brother. Manufactured by Netsle the Kit Kat Chunky is composed of a multi-layer wafer stick in the middle surrounded entirely by a milk chocolate coating. Between the inner layers of the wafer stick is a lighter milk chocolate.

PayDay is a candy bar consisting of salted peanuts around a center of caramel, currently produced by The Hershey Company. PayDay's truly a unique combination of ingredients that's not similar to any other "candy bar" on the market. It is pretty chewy on the inside once you get past the hard peanut exterior. There have been several variations on the PayDay bar such as chocolate covered and honey roasted.

Hershey's Milk Chocolate

Originally developed by Milton Hershey in the year 1900, Hershey's milk chocolate features a special blend of a variety of international cocoa beans delivering a unique complexity. From this cocoa blend, the beans are roasted and shelled, and milled to produce a chocolate liquor, which when combined with sugar, milk, and the separated cocoa butter, becomes milk chocolate. Using whole milk (pasteurized on site) for a creamier texture, the mix is subjected to between 24 and 72 hours of smoothing via granite rollers. Once moulded, chocolate is then agitated to ensure that the finished product has no bubbles, and is then cooled gently to not affect the previous tempering.

York Peppermint Patties are a dark chocolate enrobed peppermint confection produced by The Hershey's company. It features strong contrasting flavors with a particularly bitter chocolate coating around a sugar center. It's pretty firm and crisp on the outside and soft and gummy on the inside. It's said to have 70 percent less fat when compared to the average chocolate bars on the market.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are a chocolate candy that is currently manufactured by Hershey. The cups were first introduced in 1928 and are usually sold in two or three cups per package, each in its own brown wrapper. The cups are made with a creamy peanut butter centre and are coated in milk chocoloate. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups is also available in a variety of other flavours including Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramel. Hershey also makes other Reese's varieties like Reece's Pieces candy, Reese's candy bars, and Reese's Select gourmet chocolates.
