Honey Bunches of Oats is a cereal made by Post introduced in 1989 after three years of development. It is comprised of three kinds of flakes and oat clusters with a hint of honey, and comes in several varieties that add either fruit or almonds to the mix

Honey Roasted
with Almonds
with Real Strawberries
with Real Peaches
with Real Bananas (discontinued)
with Cinnamon Clusters
with Vanilla Clusters
with Chocolate Clusters
Organic Honey Roasted (discontinued)
(new) Just Bunches Honey Roasted
(new) Just Bunches Caramel

Ingredients

Corn, whole grain wheat, sugar, whole grain rolled oats, brown sugar, vegetable oil (canola or sunflower oil), rice flour, wheat flour, malted barley flour, salt, rice, corn syrup, whey (from milk), honey, malted corn and barley syrup, caramel color, artificial flavor, annato extract (color)

Honey Bunches once contained partially-hydrogenated vegetable oil, but sometime in the past few years a switch has been made over to regular oil.

Counterintuitively contains neither grapes nor nuts, but rather roasted wheat and barley. Sold since 1897.

Shreddies is a breakfast cereal sold in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand, produced by Post Cereals and General Mills, consisting of malted squares of inter-woven whole grain wheat. In Canada the cereal has been known for many years by its musical jingle, "Good Good Whole-Wheat Shreddies". The cereal was produced under the Nabisco name until the brand in Canada was purchased in 1993 by Post Cereals and then later in 1995 by Kraft General Foods. Shreddies is also a slang term for mens underpants(UK) undershorts(US) Although not marketed in the United States, Kraft Foods has the trademark rights in the U.S.
