Marantz CD5003

The Marantz CD5003 is a single-disc CD player that handles CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs with WMA, MP3, and CD-DA audio files. As well as accessing CDs, this unit also hosts the ability to display relevant CD text (e.g. artist, song, genre). And at its core is a Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Module (HDAM), version SA, built to insure smooth and ultra-fast signal transfer from one stage to another. Another notable feature is the SACD-grade Cirrus Logic 4392 digital-to-analog converter—built specifically for outputting CD audio at near SACD-quality. Additional features of the Marantz CD5003 include a current-buffer headphone amplifier, a detachable AC cord, and a flasher input jack.
