The Cons:Sizing is a bit small, so those with larger heads may find the Major to be uncomfortable. The leather earcups make your ears feel hot after long periods of use.

The summer 2011 revision of the Marshall Major headphones adds both an inline microphone and remote control. This update is most certainly aimed at smartphone users who aim to grab a pair of stylish and high quality headphones on the go.

As a well known company in the amplification business, the Major is a change in their usual product line up. Designed with quality materials and a stylish exterior the Marshall Major is aimed at the fashion conscious buyers. Its list of features include a 40mm dynamic speaker, 15mW input power, and a 32 ohms impedance. They are portable with the collapsible design but it's disappointing that a carrying case is not included with a set of premium headphones. A 6.3mm gold plated adapter is included.
