Each bag contains 12oz (3/4 lb) of  fresh green yerba mate (enough to make over 48 cups of mate tea. Mate Factor Yerba Mate is always 100% certified organic and fairly traded.

Yerba mate can be made in a number of ways. For fullest effect we recommend a traditional drinking gourd or a french press. Mate tea can also be made in a coffee machine or expresso maker.

Mate Factor fresh green yerba mate tea is good plain, or with your choise of sweeteners (try it with Mate Factor unrefined Mascavo Brazilian sugar). Also great with milk, fruit juices, or juice concentrates.
