The Maya Wrap Lightly Padded Sling is a baby carrier that falls in the middle of those offered by Maya Wrap. As the name suggests, this is a wrap-style baby carrier that has slight padding on the shoulder section of the sling. This padding provides a more comfortable wear, and the rails are still unpadded allowing easy adjusting of the sling. The sling design allows the child to be carried in a variety of positions, while keeping them close to the carrier. Suitable for newborns, it can also handle children up to 35 pounds, and the build in pocket is usefull for storing small items. The Lightly Padded Sling is available in a wide variety of hand-loomed machine washable fabrics, and is available in 4 sizes; from Small to X Large.
