Maytag MHWE450WJ

$1,199.00 Released January, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Looks really impressive, has sleek lines and a great looking finish. Sanitize option really works the odor out of the towels. Very quiet, can barely hear it from the next room.

The Cons:Need to be careful about which detergents and fabric softeners are used or the sensors can get confused. A little tricky to hook up, needs to be professionally installed and tested. Need to sit and read the manual before starting, controls can be a bit confusing at first.

The Maytag MHWE450WJ is a 4.5 cu ft ENERGY STAR qualified washer featuring Maytag Commercial Technology (MCT) commercial-grade components. As a slight downgrade from the MHWE950WW, it lacks a Steam Sanitation Cycle.

Yale: you clearly didn't look very hard, http://www.manualsonline.com/ex/thread/view/idThread/2230812 states that the F20 error code is a water inlet problem (no water or insufficient water supply). You can find further advice on what to do there. Nov 17, 10

Anonymous: Maytag recommends Not using waxy fabric softeners because they gum up sensors. So use non waxy softener, and try rinsing with bleach or vinegar Jul 12, 11
