Disagreed: "feels very solid"
New pro/con: Ikea tells you tha slats are not needed if you have a boxspring. Don't believe them. We didn't buy the slats, and now my boxspring is wrecked.

"This bed is adjustable, so that if you use a box spring, it can sit lower, giving you more of a headboard. A note of caution - they told us that if you use a boxspring, the slats are not needed. YOU NEED THE SLATS. Our Boxspring fell through, and is pretty much ruined as more
