The Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 model is a high-end desktop webcam designed specifically for casual and in-home use. The VX-6000 supports high resolution 640 x 480 pixel videos at 30 frames per second, and takes high resolution (640 x 480) still photos as well. The VX-6000 includes a 71 degree wide angle lens that has a 3x digital zoom. The VX-6000 also boasts several quick access features such as one touch blogging through Windows Live Spaces, a Windows Live call button and a special photo swap function which allows quick access to an internet video call. For audio the webcam includes a built-in microphone which Microsoft claims will deliver "crystal-clear sound" through an automatic audio control.
