Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5

Introduced officially on February 16th 2009 at the GSMA Mobile World Congress, Windows Mobile 6.5 is the latest version of Microsoft's operating system for smartphones and underpowered mobile devices such as PDAs and MIDs. Featuring enhancements such as an application store, backup/restore service, and an improved web browser, the user interface has also been redesigned to be 'finger friendly' - as the majority of new devices now utilize touchscreen panels.
