Trisch Greschner: #microsoft_wireless_mobile_mouse_3500 My one at home works perfectly (minus the battery life) but my one at work gets laggy sometimes causing jittery movement on screen (even with a high quality mouse pad). I've taken it home and tried it there so I'm not sure what it is about my work machine that is causing problems (considering it is a MUCH better quality machine than my 7yr old laptop at home).

Other than that I love this mouse; it's great for small hands like mine. May 5, 11

Rebo: #microsoft_wireless_mobile_mouse_3500 I can't open the little door to get to the battery to put a new one in. I don't want to force anything and break something. MS manual doesn't show how. Dec 3, 10

Trisch Greschner: Flip the mouse over. In order from the BOTTOM to TOP of the mouse you will see the on/off switch, the transceiver slot, the eject button and then the latch for the battery door. Push the latch in away from the eye of the mouse (in the opposite direction from where the blue light comes from) and then gently pull the latch upwards. The door should come off easily. May 5, 11
