For use with the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller.  The battery pack replaces the 2 AA batteries that come with the controller.  The only way to recharge the battery pack is by plugging it into a charge cable that then connects to the Xbox 360's USB ports.  The best way to use this is by purchasing one Play and Charge Kit and multiple battery packs, and then using the one cable to recharge a pack as needed.
