Pros
- Very nice ergonomics - fits well in hand
- Many buttons, triggers, and thumbstick controls
- buttons are "better" than playstation buttons as they are easier to press and rounded
- you know when buttons are presssed even if you didn't press it very hard.
Cons
- No motion/orientation sensors like the Wiimote or Sixxaxis controllers
- Dpad is only in 4 directions
