Ya, I think the case where a larger HDD comes in handy is with backing up games, which I don't care for since I play mostly online games on Live, and/or you can't connect the Xbox to your home network constantly. From a purely streaming media standpoint a larger hard-drive really is totally unnecessary. Thankfully!
