RIP Xbox

So I followed your tutorial on how to install and everything went fine.  I went to play Live and it didn't work but you showed me that I had to uninstall first.  So i followed those steps.  And Lo and behold My xbox was banned from Live.  after searching around for some help with the new method using Ndure my xbox is now basically a 10lb rock.  I turn it on and get the green service screen with error code 06.  I just wanted to warn people that there are consequences if you screw this up.

ok hold on.  What happens when you start the xbox with an original game inside the system?  It doesn't even play those games?  Also, you can still get on Xbox Live, but it's gonna require quite a bit more effort.  You're gonna have to replace the hard-drive, and get a new EEPROM signature.  But at the very least you should be able to get your Xbox back to a functioning state with no h/w modifications.

I found this description of error code 06 on Xbox-Hq:

Service Error 06
Info: Cannot unlock Harddisk. This means that the key you put in (when you locked it) was invalid.
Solution: Check the IDE Connection/Cable and check the Power Supply. -Link

Are you using the original hard drive? Also, what indication did you receive that you are banned from Live?

The indication that i recieved that I was banned from Xbox Live was after unistalling the XBMC dashboard and returning it to normal I popped in my Halo2 Disk.  I tried to Sign in but it wouldn't let me, it just didn't do anything. So i popped into MS Dash and Live settings and ran the auto config.  It went through all the steps completly until that last step.  It failed and gave me this error message:

"Error Message: "Your Xbox console cannot communicate with Xbox Live because the software or hardware may have been modified" and it gave me this URL: www.xbxox.com/connect

Once there I found this:
You may receive this error message because Xbox Live does not support modified hardware or software. If you think this is not the case, please contact Xbox Support.http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/live/con-mod.htm

This was my first mod ever so yes it was a stock xbox and a stock hard drive.  As far as what happens now is when I put anyting (or nothing) in the cd tray (game/dvd) I get the service code thingy.  After being banned from xbox live I did try to change my EEprom using a software mod.  This is how my xbox got "unlocked" and then relocked with a new EEprom code.  The new EEprom doesn't match mine which is why it was never relocked (though it said it was).  The onyl thing I can do now is crack open the case, remove the harddrive and using a special Xbox Hard Drive Management CD reload the old stuff.  Of course I need screwdrivers which I don't have.  At this point I could also buy a new EEprom and also do that so that my xbox is not live banned.  I could also just upgrade the hard drive to a bigger one now.

ilve goth  the same problem as you have/had my xbox i tuned op so i can do illegal cd's in my xbox and it works so ...

but i dont know ilve this is the reale problem do you think it is please antswer soon on my scream for help it don't works and give me this missage 2:

but the other problem is i have been 1 day on xbox live doesnt it sounds weird. the day i waked up i try and it ave me the message above.Im angry and got xbox live just for 2 days now... please help i precied it ilve you help..
