Hello, great guide. After reading I immediately went to eBay and purchased an Action Replay to give this a shot! I haven't used my old Xbox for quite awhile so I figure if I end up screwing up it wont be the end of the world. :) I did a little research and found out its possible to do all of this with Splinter Cell instead of Mech Assault (I have SC and am looking to save $20 if possible). Would anyone out there give me a rundown on which ltools to use with Splinter Cell? I have a 5960 dashboard and my Xbox is a few years old now if that helps. Cheers!

I am having some problems with the "run linux"..When I go to the select player profile and choose RUN LINUX..it comes up with a window saying : unable to load <run linux>. Also the controls, difficulty and current level show up as UNKOWN. Im using ltools_MA_v1.8.rc1.zip. Any help would be much appreciated.

How to change the IP Address in MXM Dashboard If you can get around this, all the better. It is slightly involved, but not too bad. I just tried it myself to prove that it works. You basically have to uninstall and reinstall the UXE exploit with new settings.

"unable to load <run linux>" Are you sure that you have the right copy of Mech Assault? Take a look at the part no. on the disc. It should read X08-82261, X08-82262, X08-82263 or X08-82264.

MXM is what you are calling ltools (I know, it's confusing). Ltools actually uses the MXM dashboard to manage the exploit, and since MXM is the default dashboard included in the exploit, that's what you are seeing. Basically, it worked. Now, time for you to FTP XBMC to /E/Dashboards/
