Help with setting up XBMC

I am using the xbox controller instead of the action replay. I downloaded the drivers and installed them and my pc recognizes the controller. My problem is that when I put in the memory card, I get the found new hardware thing and then it brings up the install wizard and after going through that it says that it was not installed and that my hardware may not work properly. The Action Replay program does not detect any memory card, what can I do to fix this?

	Another question... when downloading MP3's from your PC to the XBOX.. what file do you transfer them to?

	@bigswish: Sorry, I don't know much about that method of tranferring the files. I didn't realize you could use the controller. @Luvodicus: Put them anywhere you want. By default, most versions of XBMC have a shortcut to E:\Music already setup, so I suggest putting them there. My only question is why not stream from your PC directly?

	My Xbox does not function exactly the same way as described in past posts to date. Turning on the xbox with no disc in the DVD drive via the power (little) button or eject (big) button brings up XBMC. Turning on the xbox with a game disc in the DVD drive via the power (little) button starts the game. Is this still a safe way to start and not be banned from XBOX Live? Turning on the xbox with a game disc in the drive via the eject (Big) button starts the game and if the eject (big) button is pressed again to eject the game, the screen shows XBMC. Is this operation described in the preceding paragraph proper? Thanks RR

	Can i play burnt games with this mod, or is this mod purely for a media center xbox?

	Does it matter what version xbox you have to do the mod? I have a v1.6 (k-5838 d-5960) and have read that these can't be modded. Is this true, or will this mod work? Also where can I find the most recent versions of XBMC and NDURE? This post was edited by gruntkiller1 on 12/21/2006 4:56 PM

	i need help if i start my xbox on xecuter2 it shows a black screen with red letters. there is written missing home tag no skin found. my skin doesnt want to load on my xbox there is written something conecting to ethernet retry in 10 seconds wtf i need to do i can't load my games from the hd please mail me on delombaertgiovanni10@hotmail.com if you know an answer thanks very much for help.
