After riding for an hour, my chain snapped - not cool...after getting it replaced, a week later, the upper derailer broke - it twisted off while shifting gears and snapped the chain locking up the entire bike. I was not happy - I left the bike with the owner of the store where I bought it...he said he will personally take care of.....well...since then....NO PROBLEMS. The bike is amazing - it rides great, shifts easy and is a great ride. I don't have the toe clips yet, but everything is good. I've hit a few trails and I haven't been disappointed. The tires are aggressive and strong and the suspension can surely keep up. No regrets on this purchase, especially with the price of gas! My raiting - A+"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>
