The Mio Moov S500 is an entry-level GPS navigator outfitted with Mio Moov’s revolutionary ‘Mio Spirit’ navigation software, described as a “highly usable software system focused on minimizing clicks by simplifying the interface so users can save time and effort during their travel.” The second of four Mio Moov Spirit GPS receivers, the Mio Moov S500 is a slight upgrade from the Mio Moov S300 in that it features a 4.7” (versus 3.5”) display preloaded with maps of the United States and Canada and 12 million points of interest. In addition, the Mio Moov S500 boasts text-to-speech in English, French, and Spanish. The Mio Moov S500 retails for a slightly more expensive $249.99 (versus $199.99) and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
