The Mio Moov S556 is a midrange-level GPS navigator outfitted with Mio Moov’s revolutionary ‘Mio Spirit’ navigation software, described as a “highly usable software system focused on minimizing clicks by simplifying the interface so users can save time and effort during their travel.” The third of four Mio Moov Spirit GPS receivers, the Mio Moov S556 is an upgrade from the Mio Moov S300 and Mio Moov S500 in that it features integrated Bluetooth, lane guidance, and a JD junction views that presents realistic 3D views of major roads and signs. In all other ways, however, the Mio Moov S556 is the same as its predecessors. For instance, the Mio Moov S556 also features a 4.7” display (like the Moov S500) preloaded with maps of the United States and Canada and 12 million points of interest. In addition, the Mio Moov S556 boasts text-to-speech in English, French, and Spanish. The Mio Moov S556 retails for a slightly more expensive $299.99 (versus $199.99/$249.99) and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
