The Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3 is one of four products in Gigabyte's low-end P43 series motherboards. The Foxconn Destroyer is an ATX motherboard with socket AM2 Athlon and Sempron CPU support. It also includes support for the latest AMD Phenom Quad Core processors with HyerTransport 3.0 functionality; which increases the overall CPU bandwidth between other system components. It also provides 2, or 3 way SLI or 4 way graphics through the PCI-e ports. Stock multi-graphic configurations enable a stable HD graphics performance in high resolution (2560*1600 with incredibly playable framerates). Just the 3 way SLI alone enables almost 2.8 times the performance of a single graphics card. The Destroyer also includes Quantum BIOS functionality like on the sister INTEL based boards; which provides a full user-friendly BIOS menu including a large number of tweaks and settings that may be changed for more advanced users. The Asus P5Q PRO Turbo is a 775 socket, ATX Intel motherboard designed for standard Intel processors, including Pentium Dual-Core, Celeron Dual-Core, and Core 2 Duo / Quad / Extreme. It’s similar to the P5P43TD in that it doesn’t host integrated video, but unlike its counterpart it doesn’t offer integrated Gigabit LAN; plus it’s restricted to DDR2 RAM. However, it does feature DUAL PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots with support for ATI CrossFire, which means two ATI graphics cards can be ran. For running two nVidia cards, however, an nForce SLI motherboard would be required. Additional features include integrated 8-channel HD audio, and support for RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10.

The Gigabyte GA-EG43M-S2H is a micro-ATX motherboard that supports Intel LGA 775 format processors. The Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2 is a low-cost MicroATX sized motherboard that has a slot for LGA1156 CPUs. This is similar in design to the Gigabyte GA-H55M-D2H, but it is scaled to support older processors including the Pentium series. This means that the memory is also slower, and requires overclocking to get to 1666 MHz. The support for ATI CrossFireX has also been removed, as the second PCI-E slot is scaled down to x1 speed. The ASRock G31M-VS2 is a low-end motherboard based on Intel's G31 chipset. It features support for Penryn Quad Core Yorkfield and Dual Core Wolfdale processors as well as up to 8GB of DDR2 RAM. The ASUS P7P55D PRO is a mid-level ATX motherboard designed for the LGA 1156 socket, meaning the Intel Core i7 and i5 processors are compatible. Features on this board include four DD3 memory slots, capable of supporting RAM up to speeds of 2200 (overclocked). For further overclocking options, Asus has included “TurboV” software for real-time system tweaking. Advanced users can also tweak voltage settings through “Preceision Tweaker 2,” allowing for even higher clock speeds. The ASRock H67M is a mid-range, Intel H67-based motherboard similar to the ASRock H67DE3. The major difference between the H67M and H67DE3 is size--the H67M is microATX while the H67DE3 is full ATX. Because of this, the H67M sports fewer PCI expansion ports and half the amount of DIMM slots as the H67DE3. Otherwise, the two motherboards sport the same features, including an LGA 1155 CPU socket, HDMI 1.4a support, USB 3.0 and SATA II.

The Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 is a motherboard using the Micro ATX form factor that supports AMD AM3 format processors. The Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 is an ATX size motherboard that supports Intel CPUs with the LGA1156 configuration.
