I have had this device for about 3 weeks and it has already stopped working properly. Motorola's technical assistance is a recording or when you get to talk to a real person they are difficult to understand. It isn't a very comfortable device to wear and the two different ear piece adapters don't really fit my ear very well. I don't know if I want to get a replacement or just get a different one. I may opt for a different one.
