The Motorola ZN5 (or MOTOZINE ZN5) is the first mobile phone to combine Motorola’s ModeShift Technology and KODAK Imaging Technology making this a superior mobile imaging device. Sliding open the lens cover will illuminate the ModeShift Technology transforming the phone into an ultra fast 5 megapixel camera which features auto-focus, low-light optimization, and a bright Xenon flash. The KODAK Imaging Technology can be instantly combined with KODAK PERFECT TOUCH Technology for brighter, more vivid pictures you would not achieve without this technology. There are also several camera modes including panorama, which automatically stitches together continuous shots on a horizontal line into a single image. Sharing photos is made easy with KODAK Gallery or other web sharing sites with Edge or Wi-Fi connectivity. In phone mode, CrystalTalk technology gives best-in-class audio for phone calls, even in noisy environment and is also stereo Bluetooth wireless technology compatible.

Pros
- large, crisp display with vibrant colors
- slider mechanism works & feels great
- A-GPS application preinstalled (GPS+)
Cons
- crappy camera image quality, especially indoors (weak colors, small dynamic range -> lots of overexposure, settings don't lock when button is half-pressed though it makes you believe they do)
- browsing speed through 5MP images is way too low
- no option to not auto-lock when slider is closed (would be nice when used as in-car GPS)
