The Cons:BIOS does not allow CPU downclocking. Does not allow alteration of system voltages, may be problematic for compatibility with some components. Very little room for aftermarket coolers.

The MSi G41M4-F is a motherboard that supports Intel Core 2 Quad and Intel Core 2 Duo based processors. It supports Intel Yorkfield and Wolfdale, as well as Intel next generation 45nm multi-core processors.

It comes equipped with the Intel G41 chipset, which comes with an Integrated Intel Media Graphics Accelerator, or the Intel ICH7 chipset, which offers hi-speed USB 2.0 controller, capable of supporting up to 8 ports. This motherboard has the capacity of 8GB of memory, and can support two unbuffered DIMM of DRAM. The back panel offers ports for the keyboard, LAN, mouse, parallel port, serial port, graphics card port, 6 in 1 audio jack, and 4 USB 2.0 ports. As with all the MSi motherboards, the mainboard offers Plug&Play BIOS, which automatically detects when external or peripheral devices are attatched.
