The MSI Wind is an ultraportable laptop that weighs only 2.3 pounds. It has a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, a 10" wide LCD screen with LED backlight technology and a keyboard that is only 20% smaller than a standard full-size keyboard. It is available with either the Windows XP operating system or Linux (although the Windows version will cost $100 more). The Wind Notebook has all the necessary features for easy WiFi, including a built-in ethernet port and built-in wireless 802.11 b/g support. One of the Wind's most defining features that will make it stand out from other ultraportable laptops is its 80GB SATA harddrive and ability to support up to 2GB of RAM.
