This seems like a huge injustice. Who are they really hurting? If their argument is that because it's a digital medium, people can record from it I'm calling BS on that. People can record regular radio and they don't seem to be having any copyright issues. I think people listen to analog radio in the same way they listen to digital radio, and if the RIAA disagrees with me, then they're going to come up with some hard evidence to prove that wrong. Where's the proof? Where are they getting their information from?
