The Napoleon Prestige V PF600 is a 83" freestanding gas grill with a massive 1102 sq.in. cooking area from Napoleon's high-end Prestige V series of grills. It features a patented Quad-Heat cooking system with two stainless steel bottom burners, 2 infrared bottom burners, 1 infrared rear rotisserie, and dual side burners for a total heating capacity of 101,500 BTUs. The infrared burners provide intense heat suitable for searing and restaurant-style grilling while the stainless steel bottom and side burners are suitable for convection and indirect cooking. The Prestige V PV600 includes stainless steel Wave cooking grids and sear plates in addition to a stainless steel warming rack and drip tray which are removable for easy cleaning. It has a roll top lid with an Accu-Probe temperature gauge and includes built-in halogen lights for nightime cooking and a stainless steel smoker box to add additional flavour. The enclosed stainless steel housing of the grill is hand crafted and polished for optimum performance and provides ample space inside for storing the gas tank. The housing has stainless steel doors and drawers and includes utensil hooks and a fully-grounded GFI receptacle for powering small appliances. The Prestige V PF600 is available in propane or natural gas options and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The grill differs from Napoleon's Prestige V PF450 since it includes an additional infrared bottom burner to increase the cooking area by 220 sq.in. and the heating capacity by 21,000 BTUs.
