Introduced at MacWorld and CES in January 2009, the LCD2690WUXi² is a replacement for the original LCD2690WUXi - a professional 12-bit 25.5" H-IPS monitor from NEC. The new LCD2690WUXi² features a wide colour gamut spanning 97.8% of the Adobe RGB spectrum. With 3 inputs (DVI-D, DVI-I and VGA), the LCD2690WUXi² has a resolution of 1900 x 1280 pixels, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, and 320 nits of brightness. It is available immediately for a sum of $1,199.
