Nerf N-Strike Longshot CS-6

Nerf is at it again with the release of their largest foam-projectile firing weapon yet.  The 3 foot long Longshot CS-6 is the newest release in the N-Strike toy line, and can fire foam darts up to 35 feet.  This sniper-rifle of the foam war comes with two quick loading clips along with 12 darts, and features a bi-pod for steady aiming on "important shots".  The Longshot also can be taken apart to be used as a single shot, one handed weapon for up-close firing.

As a child of the 80s, I grew up loving Nerf. This is definitely the most intense Nerf product I have ever seen, that may step over the boundary of "Foam overkill"..(literally). I'm not a big fan of the addition of suction cups to almost all Nerf weapons, which to me defeats the whole concept of Nerf. To me, the best Nerf product ever are the Nerf Bow-and-Arrow, which you could bend the arrows to shoot around corners, and the Nerf Turbo football, which could be thrown further than any football ever.

The Nerf Longshot isn' actualy that great.Once I bought it I immediatly opened it up.The box says that it shoots 35 feet, but when I first shot it the dart only went 10 feet! The Maverick shoots further than that!

Hi Jacob -

I don't think you are using that correctly. The long shot shoots more than 35 feet. You may want to back and read the directions.

This is the ultimate in Nerf technology!
