It has an encapsulated Airsole unit which provides cushioning throughout and also includes a Phylon midsole to absorb shock. The Air Alford VII is designed with a BRS 1000 carbon rubber outsole and Waffle blades to provide traction and durability. It also has a StonShield insert in the forefoot to protect the foot while running on rugged terrain. The shoe is available in men's and women's sizes and colors.
