The Air Alford VII is a running shoe from Nike Air that is designed to provide cushioning and stability for running on trails and uneven terrain. The shoe features an open mesh upper with synthetic overlays, making it breathable and supportive.

It has an encapsulated Airsole unit which provides cushioning throughout and also includes a Phylon midsole to absorb shock. The Air Alford VII is designed with a BRS 1000 carbon rubber outsole and Waffle blades to provide traction and durability. It also has a StonShield insert in the forefoot to protect the foot while running on rugged terrain. The shoe is available in men's and women's sizes and colors.
