Pros
- plastic band better for working out
- wireless remote for your iPod
- instant access to power songs and voice feedback
- available in 4 colour combinations
- easy to set up
Cons
- no heart rate monitor
- One more component cluttering the experience (Sport Kit + Pod + Nano)
- resizing is a real pain - taking off the clasp is difficult, requires cutting through the plastic (actually destroying the product - cannot be reused on that larger setting)
