Nike recommends you build up your strength with this shoe since it takes your muscles time to get used to running barefoot, especially if you've mainly been wearing heavily cushioned shoes. You can use Nike's Nike ID program with the Nike Free and create a shoe that matches your style.
Features
- Mesh upper for breathability

Nike Free Versions
Nike developed a numbering system from 0 - 10 for their Free series wherein 0 means running completely barefoot and 10 is a fully supportive shoe. Nike Free 7.0 is more supportive than a 3.0 or 4.0, however it's still not considered a fully supportive shoe.
