The Downward Spiral is the third album by Nine Inch Nails, released in 1994 on Nothing Records, frontman Trent Reznor's label on Interscope Records. It is "Halo 8" of the official Nine Inch Nails halo releases. A Deluxe Edition of the album includes a second disc containing the Further Down the Spiral EP.
