The 2323 has a built-in FM radio receiver, and the ability to record radio broadcasts. It also has the updated Nokia 40 operating system, with more personal features like reminders, to-do list and calendar. It also features Opera 8 internet browsing, and uses Bluetooth 2.0 wireless technology.
