The Nokia 6500 Slide is a higher-end Nokia slider phone. It is based on the Nokia 6500 and has similar features, with some unique upgrades. The most obvious change is that the 6500 is a sliding phone, with the keypad concealed. The frame is made mostly of stainless steel, whereass the 6500 classic was aluminum. The camera on the Slide is also higher-resolution, with 3.2-megapixels, video capture, and compatibility with Adobe PhotoShop as well as a TV-Out port to display media on an external screen. The display also rotates horizontally when in camera mode. The 6500 Slide still features an mp3 and video player, though it only has 20MB of internal memory. The Slide, however, includes a microSD card slot with expansion up to 8GB. It also has a secondary VGA camera, for videocalling use, since it is 3G-network compatible. It also features wireless Bluetooth connectivity and Opera Mini HTML browser.
