As a computer technician, I generally fix 10-15 systems a month who have problems stemming from Norton. Sometimes, it will not connect to the internet, other times, it will not run the updates. In almost all cases, after removing Norton (and running the norton removal tool), not only did the problems go away, the system became significantly more responsive. Half the systems I have worked on have taken a significant amount of time to update--10+ minutes AFTER downloading definition updates. I do not recommend this product to anyone and I recommend to everyone who has it to remove it and install different virus protection. Also, if there was a hate it button, I would have clicked it.

Did not agree with any pros
