The Olympus FE-25 is an entry-level digital camera intended for people who want a simple point-and-shoot camera for a budget price. It has 16 different preset shooting modes, and an automatic mode that selects between 5 of those based on the situation, and the interface also displays hints and information about different shooting options. The FE-25 has digital image stabilization and can shoot at high ISO speeds (up to 1600), which allows for clearer images and better action shots or low-light shots. It has a 3x optical zoom and has an overall resolution of 10.1 megapixels, and uses face-recognition to detect up to 16 faces, which it then enhances by using the proper exposure time. The LCD screen can be used for both shooting and reviewing pictures, and is 2.4" diagonal. Other features include microSD card adapter (from native XD card compatibility) and AVI video mode.
