The Olympus Stylus 850 SW is a portable digital camera designed specifically for an active lifestyle. Shockproof, waterproof, and freezeproof, the Stylus 850 SW is great for the outdoors, vacations, and even parties. It is designed to resist drops up to five feet, so don't drop it off a mountain, but don't worry about dropping on the floor. It has a built in LED for those times you can't use flash but it is still too dark to capture a great photo. For example you can't use flash at an opera and it isn't a good idea to use flash around newborns.

Pros
- Actually works under water - salt and sweet
- Simple design - easy to use
- Rugged and light and small
- Nice large screen
Cons
- Custom battery means you have to carry the charger with you on trips - cannot simply buy AAA when you run out of juice
- Battery life is not consistent
