It utilizes Texas Instruments’ 1080p DMD DLP to render a powerful 1080p(1920x1080) resolution, which can be resized to WUXGA(1920x1200) if necessary. In addition, the TX1080 features BrilliantColor technology and an energy-efficient lamp (3000 hours) that output 3600 Lumens of brightness alongside a 2200:1 contrast ratio for clearly visible blacks, whites, and colors. Additional features of the Optoma TX1080 projector include a presentation-friendly IR remote with USB mouse & laser pointer functionality, two 2-watt speakers, and a variety of connectivity interfaces, including HDMI v1.3, DVI-D, VGA, and also RJ45 for managing the projector via a network connection.
