"Bleach leaks onto the floor when it is added to the dispenser. No factory service in the Boston area, you are at the mercy of independent servicers that have no experience with the machine. Telephone support is of no help. Very expensive machine that does not deliver."

I am thinking about buying the LG Tromm steam washer and matching dryer. I have heard issues with leakage, moldy smell, servicing problems and other various complaints. Since you've had this for a while would you reccomend? They're expensive, but I'm looking for something that will save me money and last a while.
