This phone, when equipped with Windows Mobile 6 and Goodlink Email is a terrible product.

When used as for email, it constantly freezes up as I type, and not all of the keys register in the background, so instead of "Hello World", I get "Hell Old" when it finally catches up with my typing and displays what I've already typed.

When used as a phone, it is even more of a disaster. Half the time, the screen takes so long to paint that I've already missed the call, or inadvertantly put the caller on and off hold several times before I realize the phone is answering the call. For all I know, the phone seems to be constantly trying to do things in the background so I can't do what it is supposed to do: act as a phone with email.

I can't warn people enough not to buy this phone, and I long for the day when my company switches over to Blackberry.

I don't think any of this is Goodlink's fault since the older Treos running Palm OS + Goodlink software were much better than this piece of junk.
