Anonymous: #panasonic_kx_tg7533 The ringtones with this phone are terrible. It's a shame, because it is such a nice set otherwise. Voice quality is great. Display is very nice (huge clear backlit screen). But the ringtones are just bizarre sounding. Five rings which sound like cutesy pink bubble-gum sound effects, and five actual song / melody ringtones. They don't have anything closely resembling normal phone rings. Unless you are a 12 year old girl, you will probably be driven crazy by this. The nail in the coffin is that the "Intercom" feature (which allows you to use one handset to call another --- a feature we use daily in our home) has no option to customise the ringtone at all. You're stuck with their stupid scales / chime which, if it's being used to rouse someone out of bed, is really annoying. We're taking our set back. If you think that cutesy, cartoon-sounding ringtones wouldn't bother you, then I actually do recommend this set -- they're otherwise very nice! Nov 13, 10
