The Panasonic TH-42PX77U (MSRP $1499.95) is a 42" plasma supporting 1080p over its 2 HDMI inputs but with a 1024 x 768 native resolution.
It is similar to the Panasonic TH-42PZ77U ($1800)) that support Full HD with native resolution of 1920 x 1080.
