Panasonic Toughbook F9

$2,900.00 Released July, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Covered by Panasonic's standard 3-year Toughbook warranty. 3.6 pounds - a momentous improvement over the back breaking weight of most Toughbooks. ~7-hours of battery life.

The Cons:Extremely expensive - like most Toughbook designs. No SSD - while ruggedized the standard mechanical drive cannot compete with solid state storage in terms of robustness or speed. Not a whole lot of tech for the money - you're paying for the rugged design.

The Panasonic Toughbook F9 is an ultra-light and ultra-thin 14.4” notebook featuring a business-rugged design (can survive drops of 30”), a spill-resistant keyboard, and high-quality interior components.
