Paradigm Monitor v.5 Series
The Paradigm Monitor v.5 lineup of speakers are the latest version of the popular Monitor series of speakers offered by Paradigm, the Canadian speaker manufacturer. This is the fifth generation of Monitor speakers and include newly designed bookshelf, floorstanding, center channel, and surround speakers. They first started appearing in Paradigms dealer stores in November 2006. The Monitor product line is an entry-level speaker in Paradigm's catalog. The step-up product lines are the Studio Series and Signature Series and are marketed under the Paradigm Reference brand

- LOUD
- good efficiency
- surround speakers have excellent bass
- vinyl wood finish that looks/feels like real wood
Cons
- Difficult to find online or to find an authorized dealer
- massive center channel (CC-390)
- front and center speakers have rear-mounted ports which limits placement options
