"The MX is a great mouse. It is small enough to be portable, but large enough to be usable. It is a bit small for large hands for a extended duration, but perfect for folks on the go. I travel *extensively* (as much as 90%) and the mouse hasn't gained so much as a scratch. more

New pro/con: The desktop version allows for a gradual switch between regular and 'free-wheeling'. This version is either ON or Off
New pro/con: Middle wheel does not replicate the feel of the desktop version
New pro/con: Very Durable
New pro/con: Rolling middle wheel is very advantageous
New pro/con: Works instantly with XP and Vista
