The Pros:Sound quality high enough to clearly hear dialog at low volume. Little to no lag when gaming, as long as you're set in PC mode. Color can be balanced very realistically, fine tuning control of the picture is possible.
The Cons:Need to work through the settings in detail to get the picture right. Online content is very limited unless you subscribe to additional services. 1D Dimming Technology over-reacts and makes the screen too dim.
The 46PFL5705D/F7 is a 46" LCD HDTV from Philips' 5700 Series for 2010. The TV has an ultra-slim design with a rounded bezel and features a widescreen LED-backlit display. It offers a full HD native resolution of 1080p and has 240Hz video processing for reduced motion blur suitable for gaming and watching sports.
