The Pros:Sound is good enough to hear all dialog clearly, don't necessarily need an external system. Fast-moving video looks perfect, every frame rendered sharply with no blur or stutter. Able to get very bright if you need it to in a sunny room.
The Cons:Limited compatibility with some input devices, problems with certain cable boxes. Need to be careful not to have the high-framerate mode on for SD signals, creates distracting effect.
The 46PFL7705D/F7 is a 46" LCD HDTV from Philips' 7700 Series for 2010 and is an upgrade in size to the 40PFL7705D. The TV has an ultra-slim design with a rounded bezel and features a widescreen LED-backlit display.

It offers a full HD native resolution of 1080p and has 120Hz video processing for reduced motion blur and smooth high-speed images. The TV includes integrated speakers with SRS TruSurround HD for accompanying virtual stereo sound. The 46PFL7705D/F7 is designed to be Eco-friendly and utilizes advanced LED technology, meeting Energy Star 4.0 standards. It has a Powersave mode and an ambient light sensor which adjusts the backlighting to the lighting conditions of the room which conserves energy. The TV also includes online streaming capabilities, four HDMI 1.4 ports, and is enabled with DivX HD. The 46PFL7705D/F7 is expected to be released in June 2010 and has a suggested retail price of $1799.
