Philips DVDR3576H/37

The DVDR3576H/37 is the high-end successor to Philip’s 2007’s DVDR3575H/37 DVD/hard drive recorder. The only known difference between the two models is a black enclosure and modified user interface, specifically regarding the digital tuner feature. This device allows you to record up to 198 hours (SLP setting) of standard definition television to its 160GB hard drive, edit out commercials, and then optionally burn it to a DVD for permanent storage. While this device only records standard definition television, it can be used with high definition broadcast signals and upconverts all recorded content to 720p/1080i/1080p. The DVDR3576 includes common DVR features, such as daily/weekly repeat programming and 1-touch recording for straightforward operation. This DVDR also functions as an upconverting DVD player, as it can output full HD video. Users looking for a high-end DVD/hard drive recorder with a built-in digital tuner will likely find the Philips DVDR3576H/37 to be a suitable choice.
